Villa facilities

General information & services provided: Zoned A/C in Bedrooms only, The rest of the house has central A/C except the kitchen, Washer/Dryer, Linens, towels, beach towels, Soaps basics, Kitchen: blender, toaster, coffee maker, dining and cook ware, BBQ Grill-charcoal, 1 Car Port, Maid service upon request. Entretainment: Satellite TV, Stereo CD player, DVD player.

Outside:

• Two covered patios with patio furniture,
• Common Garden & Pool Area in the Complex.

Beach:

• Ocean in front of the villa has sandy bottom and no drop-offs.

Internet connection:
Casa Picon has a broadband Internet connection in the villa, no additional cost. We have a laptop computer where you can check your email and browse the web without leaving the villa. The villa and the beach front of the villa is also on a 802.11b wireless network.

Direct phone service:
to the U.S. & Canada is available. We have a dedicated U.S. phone line for the villa. The line provides unlimited outgoing and incoming calls to and from the U.S., Canada & Mexico during you stay for one small charge. No need for annoying phone cards, call backs or collect calls.
